Common issues
I didn't receive my verification email
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Try registering again if the email was wrong
- Contact support if the issue persists
My submission was rejected
- Go to the submission detail page
- Review the error messages from the IRS
- Common causes: invalid TIN format, name mismatches, missing required fields
- Create a new submission with corrected data
I can't find my Receipt ID
Your Receipt ID is displayed on the submission detail page after a successful submission. Go to your dashboard and click on the submission to view it.
My payment failed
- Make sure your card details are correct
- Check that your card has sufficient funds
- Try a different payment method
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
